Project overview:
An interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical, data and basic scientists from the Faculty of Medicine, Biological Sciences and University Hospital Southampton to determine disease and decline associated with imaging and biomarker (protein and inflammatory) patterns. The work aims to determine baseline patterns that could be used clinically to improve diagnosis and prognosis for dementia and neurodegeneration. Work also includes “big data” analysis of internal and external datasets, and AI and machine learning methods
